copy shortcut not shown in Word at right click

In Word 2007, r-click on highlighted texts, copy, cut and paste shortcuts
are not there. Have run office repair, checked no disabled item, cleaned all
in clipboard.
What else I can try?

What happens if you start Word in Safe Mode? From Start | Run, type in

winword /a

and press Enter. Are the shortcuts available in the Context menus now? Is
this the same for EVERY document including a new document?
