Copy Tasks from Inserted Project Plans

I have a user who is getting the following error when
using proj. 2002 pro on win2k. The article says to
contact MS for the fix.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
Does anyone know the ph number for MS in Australia, as I
just seem to be going aroung in a loop through
the "contact us" links on the site.
