copy text without copying macro

I have an excel sheet with a macro attached. I need to run the macro and
then copy the data it pulls in onto another excel sheet. However, I want to
copy the text only and not bring the macro with it. Is that possible and if
so, how?

Do you mean a workbook?

Do you want to copy all sheets to a new workbook
or only the cells from one sheet?
