Copy Toolbar into Another Word Document

I have a word document which gathers information form users so they can
submit a discrepancy to our team. After the request is submitted to our
database via the word document, the document is copied and saved to their
desktop. Within the original document, there is a customer toolbar. The
copy does not have this toolbar and I would like this toolbar copied when
creating the copy from the orginal document via VBA code. Does anyone have
any experience or resources to share? Thank you in advance for your help.
