Copy worksheet with row & column references

How can I copy and paste a portion of a worksheet including the row &
column references, like we see when we get a tip from exceltip.com?

Choose File>Page Setup
On the Sheet tab, add a check mark to 'Row and column headings'
Click OK

Select the cells, and choose Edit>Copy
Select the cell where you want to paste
Hold the Shift key, and choose Edit>Paste Picture
(or, to paste in Word, choose Edit>Paste Special, Picture)
