Copying a field

I have a form with fields named "CLIENTNAME" and "CLIENT CITY". Leter on
in the form I would like it to automatically place these form fields in
varying places in the form without my having to enter it each time. For
example the form would say:
Client Name: John Jones
Client City: Dallas

Dear John Jones of Dallas Texas,

Mr. John Jones, You are about to visit Dallas Texas for a free vacation.

Once entering John Jones and Dallas Word should place these terms in many
areas on the form.
How do I do this?

Every form field has a built-in bookmark. By default these are Text1, Text2,
etc., for text form fields, but you can change them in the Form Field
Options dialog. Where you want the form data repeated, insert a
cross-reference to the bookmark text of that bookmark. In the Form Field
Options, check "Calculate on exit" to assure that your cross-references will
update automatically.
