Copying a pesentation form dektop to the laptop - PPt shuts down

I solved the problem. It was a corrupt preference file, which was isloated by
a tedious but reliable way. If anyone else has this problem, e-mail me for
details.

Can I persuade you to post the tedious details? It would help anyone
who is trying to solve the problem and save them some steps and some
time. The newsgroups are archived by Google and are a tremendous
resource, so your steps would be very appreciated, I'm sure.
