When I copy and paste records from Access 2002 into Word 2002, I lose all
formatting (others at my firm do not have this problem). It seems to default
to "unformatted text." I can convert the text to a table, but still lose the
title of the database. Also, I've tried using the "publish to Word" option,
but it is grayed out on my system. The only available option is merging into
Word. I only want to display the Access record as a table in my Word
document (for example, to send someone a list of items I'm producing). Any
help is greatly appreciated!
