Copying and pasting diagram into word

After I do a 'copy drawing' and paste into word, the image is very small. I
can resize the image in word but it doesn't save\display in a viewable size.
Is there a setting in Visio that I need to set for the image to copy
correctly? The diagram is fine in Visio and prints correctly. I just cannot
get it to display the same way in Word.
