I used to copy and paste my email messages (especially my daily word
messages) from my yahoo to a word folder. But now I could not. Everytime I
cut and paste from my inbox, it always says "office word has encountered a
problem and needs to close". I may have changed the setting inadvertently
but I do not know how to restore it back. pls help.
now, i copy and paste it first to a notepad then copy and paste to word.
this way it works but it is so inconvenient! am using office 2003
