Hi, we recently updated to Outlook 2003. I use my journal for phone messages.
What I used to do was enter my phone messages then when I return that call, I
copy that entry back to the journal folder & add my new comments to it - this
way, I can keep track of the most recent call I made to that person. Now, I
make the copy, add my changes (date, time, comments, etc.) but the changes
don't stick. I don't want to create a new entry every time because I don't
want to retype the contact info for that person every time I call them. What
am I doing wrong &/or is there a better way for me to keep track of my calls?
Thanks.
