Copying Combo boxes

I have a block of 42 combo boxes and for example a box in
M2 is linked to L2, M3 to L3 and so on. I want to copy
this block of Combo boxes around 20 times but when I cut
and paste all the linked cells remain the same so the copy
works but the linked cells are the same as the chunk that
I copied from.

Do I have to go through each combo box and manually change
each linked cell or is there a way that when I copy the
boxes the linked cells change so they are relevant to
where I paste the boxes further down?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

link them to the adjacent cells.
