copying Contact list Outlook 2003 to new computer

How can I copy my contact list (used as address book) from desktop to
notebook computer. I want a copy on both computers

The file you need to transfer is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's
where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
