Copying file using Add Files To The Installation within CIW

Using AD group policy to push out office2000 installation.
Have created MST file to install and this is working OK

Have then tried to use ADD FILES TO THE INSTALLATION
component of CIW to copy files to all users startup folder
and <Windows>. These are CMD and KIX files.

When the installation runs Office2000 installs OK but the
above files are not copied.

It says in the help for ADD FILES TO THE INSTALLATION that
the files entered in this panel are added to the MST file
which is happening (file size increases of MST file) but
as explained above the files are not copied.

Does the CIW only copy office related files and not
anything else if not why is it not copying the files ?

Any help please !!!
