I want to copy a block of cells with some containing formulas from one
workbook to another, very similar workbook. The source cells which I
copy contain formulas with references to cells on separate worksheets
within the same workbook. When I paste the source cells into the
destination workbook Excel automatically creates links to the source
workbook.
How do I avoid this happening?
None of the Paste Special options is a help.
This is a nuisance because I have to find the cells in the destination
workbook which contain formulas with "[" or "]" and modify them to
refer to their local workbook.
