Copying from file to file with losing formats

Hi,
Does anyone know a quick and easy way to copy whole slides from one file to
another without losing the formating on the original slides? Currently when
I try to move some slides over the text all gets re-sized and bold dispaears
etc...
Would be great if it's possible to just copy and paste and not have to
reformat every single slide again - any help is gratefully received.

Emma,

Using PPT 2003 or older you can go to Insert > Slides from File. Browse to
the apporpriate pres, then select the slides you wish to insert. Be sure to
check - Keep Source Formatting.
