If I copy or cut from an outlook message to paste it into word, when I return
to the message (or any other I may have open) the ability to forward and
reply are greyed out. Subsequently in Outlook itself I cannot select
anything from the 'New' drop down and the functions to 'reply', 'reply to
all', 'forward' (and possibly others) are greyed out. I have to restart
Outlook to clear the problem. Other users in our office have encountered
this problem, and it appears to happen only when pasting out of a message
into word. I do not 'use Microsoft Word to edit my emails'.
Any help from anyone would be greatly appreciated!!!!
