Copying IMAP to local folders

Hi - I currently use IMAP folders on my University Network, but will be
leaving for a different job soon. Is it possible to copy all
emails/directories to a local folder in MS Outlook?

FYI I am using Outlook 6 and Win XP Home.

Any advice appreciated,
