Thanks alot.
Can I copy an entire row or column at one time, or do I
have to do them individually?
Thanks again!

Hi Kimberly

You can link to cell in a other workbook
=[Book2.xls]Sheet1!$A$1

With VBA you can do this

Yes please.
Also, what if at a later date I need to insert a row?
Does the formula carry over to an inserted line?
Thanks

Hi Kimberly

Try the example on my webpage first (it will copy values only)
http://www.rondebruin.nl/copy1.htm#workbook

http://www.mvps.org/dmcritchie/excel/getstarted.htm
See David McRitchie's site if you just started with VBA
