Copying into e-mail

I am having this problem that when I copy text into an outlook message, I get wierd spacing problems when I try to change the text. For instance, when I change something, I get a space inserted on both sides of my new text. I can delete the space, but it is time consuming. I have also come across the problem, that sometimes, instead of a space, it inserts "[Clare, Alexandra]", which is my name. It is even more time consuming to delete this. Does anyone know why this happens or how I can stop it?

Click Tools>Options>E-mail Options and uncheck "Mark my comments with"
