Copying jpg into a Word document

I have a jpg in picture/fax viewer and want to take a copy of it and put it
into a Word document. How can I do this?

If you know where it is filed just go to insert>then insert picture from
file. you could also just right click on the file and copy then paste in word
doc

That worked, thanks.

Just out of curiosity, I've tried to do this into an e-mail as well
(copy/paste) and it doesn't let me, it will only allow me to send it as an
attachment.

Is there any way I can copy it into an e-mail?
