Copying Mails to personal folder and importing Rules programatically from a .rwz file.

Hi,

Pl. Suggest for the following :

1) I am trying to copy messages from my inbox folder to my personal
folder, I would like to do this when My Outlook starts and When I
receive a New Mail.

2) I would like to import Rules Wizard from a .rwz file
programmatically.
