Copying master category list within OL2003?

I recently had to move from one domain in my company to another, and in the
process my Outlook profile was recreated in the new domain and I lost all my
categories.

I've seen information here on how to move master category lists from OL2003
to OL2007, but those instructions don't have an apparent (to me) analogue
when moving from OL2003 to OL2003.

Do I have to use regedit somehow to make this happen? Or should I resign
myself to doing it manually?

Brian, I saw this reference earlier but it did not include the information I
need - at least, I didn't find it. The document you reference shows me how
to back up the categories list in OL2003 and then export it, but not how to
then import it into the new profile. Is that fairly straightforward, or am I
simply overlooking something?
