copying mathml to clipboard in Word 2007

Hello,

When I copy Math equations to the clipboard as MathML in Word 2007, the
special characters (integral signs, etc.) become question marks. It seems
that the character information is lost.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Is there a fix out there?

Never mind. I think its a paste issue highlighting the difference in the way
Windows views Notepad and Textpad with repect to unicode. Notepad keeps the
unicode and (for me) TextPad, oddly, does not.
