Copying my worksheet into Word, including column and row numbers

I want to copy an Excel worksheet into MS Word, but I want the column (A - Z,
AA ->) and row numbers (1 - 60 000) to appear.

Are you referring to embedding the workbook in a Word document? If that's
the case then use Paste Special and use the Excel Worksheet Object type.
