Copying Outlook calendar from a backup file

Because of a computer crash, I had to reformat my computer and load all
applications from scratch. I saved my Outlook.pst file on a CD and I now want
to copy the information on my spanking new (and blank) Outlook.

How do I copy all of my existing calendar information so that it is listed
under Calendar, and not as a subfolder of Calendar?

the easiest way is to copy the pst to the drive and use it as your default
pst - otherwise, open the pst using file, open, outlook data file (copy to
the hard drive first) and choose a table view (by categories works well)
drag the items to the calendar folder in the new pst.
