copying outlook settings/folders to new outlook on 2nd computer?

Is this possible? I apologize if this has already been covered, but I would
really appreciate an 'easy' and/or non-manual way to transfer my settings and
folders on my current copy of Outlook to the new copy on a second machine.

These computers are both running XP Pro and Outlook 2003. They are on a
wireless network, but getting files and folders on each machine to *actually*
share with one another has been a challenge and a half!

Also, does anyone feel that there is a third party sync program for Outlook
that is better than the rest? I hate to take a stab and just buy something,
but I also don't have the time or energy to run the trial software for each
of the many options.

Dawn-Renee, who is not interested in re-inventing the wheel....

Hi Dawn-Renee,
so if you want a non manual solution, have you already tried the "save my
setting" wizard in program > office tools ?
