Copying part of a distribution list into a new list?

[Disctribution list in Outlook]

Hi. I need to copy part of a distribution list in Outlook 2000 into a new
distribution list. Is there a way to do it without going one-by-one?

After furious head scratching, Disctribution list in Outlook asked:

Copy the whole list and delete the one's that don't belong.
