Copying text from Word to Outlook

Can someone please tell me how to copy text from a Word
document and paste it into the "To" field of an Outlook
email? Thanks!

With both the Word and Outlook compose window open, click and select the
material from the Word document and then click the "Copy" button in Word's
tool bar. Next, select the Outlook window, click in the To field and either
right-click and choose Paste or type CTRL-V.
