how can i set a cell on sheet 2, to copy text from sheet 1
and if the cell on sheet 1 is blank then so is the cell on
sheet 2.
and if the cell on sheet 1 is blank then so is the cell on
sheet 2.

In the cell on sheet 2 type = and then click the cell in sheet 1 and press
Enter.
