Copying to the clipboard (Certain cells)

Does anyone know how to write a piece of code; so when I click a button on
the bottom of the form it will highlight certain cells and copy them onto the
clipboard. For example when I click the button I want cell
"Name_ds","Solution_Freetext" and "Account" copied.

If anyone can help it will be greatly appreciated
