Copying web page into Word

I use to be able to go online and highlight my bank statements, or any type
of on-line document, click copy and paste it into Word. I could then print it
out. Now all of a sudden when I do that, the words in the document are all
over the place. If I view it in Web design it looks OK but if I try to print
it, the words are spaced far apart from one another or too close to each
other etc. I've gone into options and put everything to the default setting
but it still isn't right. Any suggestions??

It's most likely an artefact of how the underlying web page is formatted.
Select and copy the source page, then experiment with the PasteSpecial
options.

Alternatively, check the download formats provided by your bank. Mine
provides several -- including csv -- that are messy in Word but which import
nicely into Excel.
