We're trying to improve communication. Is there a way to "flag" meetings
directed through a shared account (administrative assistants) to show if
there is more than one meeting happening with the same clients on the same
day (very embarrassing)? Ideally, we would like a "conflict e-mail" to go
out, informing the account managers of this issue, but apart from manually
going in and checking every day, every meeting, is there a better way of
handling this? The only thing I could think of was using labels and
categories.
