Corrupt Access 2002

I have a corrupt A2002 db that started via a icon which
contains a path to the workgroup. Hence I can't run
compact and repair in Acces. How do I run Access from a
DOS prompt with switches for compact and repair and
workgroup?

The JetComp utility has the necessary option under Tools I think.

Otherwise search Access help for Startup command-line options
