Corrupt document

I created an excel sheet, worked on it for 15 hours,
saving as I went but now I think its corrupt as when I
open it, it gets to the 'enable macros part' and if you
click yes or no, the system hangs and the cpu usage goes
to 99%. Is there any way of recovering this?? any free
tools to do this?
