Corrupt Enterprise Global Template

Hi guys,

I have a problem with my enterprise global template.
Any modification i make to the enterprise global template is not
saved. When i try to restore the backup, the application just
restarts.

I'll really appreciate if someone can help resolve this.

By chance is the Enterprise Global file checked out? Are you able to open
the Enterprise Global file in Project Professional using Tools - Enterprise
Options - Open Enterprise Global? If you make changes in the Enteprise
Global, such as creating a new Table, are you able to save the Enterprise
Global? If not, do you get an error message? Also, what version of Project
Server are you using? 2002, 2003, or 2007? Let us know and we will try to
help.

Thanks Dale. I'm using Project server 2003 and project professional
2003. The global template is not checked.It actually allows me to open
the Enterprise global template and edit but i cant save.it restart
project proffessional each time i tried to save the changes made and
the next time i open it it will show that it has been checked out to me
