Corrupt pst file

I now have a corrupt pst file for my Outlook 2000
equipped for Internet Mail Only.

I tried to fix the file using scanpst.exe. This failed.
Do I have any other options?

You don't say specifically what failed when you ran scanpst.exe -- see if
