Corrupt Records

Can anyone explain how I can remove a corrupt record from
my table? The fields are filled with weird characters and
when I choose to delete the record I get the following
message: "The search key was not found in any record."

I'm really concerned about this. This database is shared
by 3 people and I'm not worried about stability and
reliability. Any advice is very much appreciated.

Thank you,
Amber

The easiest way to remove a corrupt record from a database is to
compact/repair the database.
This has solved the problem many times for me.
If the problem persists after compacting, or if you can't compact the
database completely, please post back.

I am having the same issue, but compacy and repair fails,
throwing up the Send Info to Microsoft dialogue.

Please help.

Tony Toews has a great site about corruption -
unfortunately I don't have the address at my fingertips,
but if you'll search the newsgroups, I'm sure you'll find it.
