Corrupt TO address when replying to mail

Hey,

Whenever I reply to mails the address being sent to seems to being
invalid since I get an "Undeliverable" message saying: "The following
recipient(s) cannot be reached".

I notice that the address being sent to stays in this format: "Name
Surname <[email protected]>"

The problem is solved when removing the Name and <> from the address
leaving the pure e-mail address.

How can I have this done automatically?

The problem is solved when removing the Name and <> from the address
