Hi,
we have Eudora mail server and Outlook 2000 clients.
Some users few times per week cannot download messages from the server. I
spent a lot of time to figure out that one bad created or corrupted message
doing this nasty job.
When I remove this message all the other go through immediately.
We have strong antispam software on gateway.
Practically there is no spam.
Corrupted message is usually up to 500 bytes in size.
No body and subject.
I have to define is it Outlook that is not able to load this message and
cannot load any messages after trying to load this one or it may be mail
server problem.
Any ideas?
