Corrupted Publishing

I'm using FP2002 and I've added an AllWebMenus java
component for drop down menus as part of the bottom
shared border. Everything looks fine in FP previews, but
when the site is published, most pages are ok but some do
not have the bottom border, some repeat the top border
and lose all content. Any suggestions on what's casuing
the problem and how to solve it?

well, have you tried publishing again? Do you always get the same
pages losing content and the same ones losing the bottom shared
border? What happens when you publish without the AllWebMenus?
