Corrupted Tables in Word

Upon opening a particular document in Word, I receive the
error, "A table in this document has become corrupted. To
recove the contents of the table: select the table and
choose convert table to text from the table menu." How do
I get this to stop? There are a great deal of tables in
this document and we've never had any problems with tables
before, so this is quite a puzzle. Microsoft has nothin in
their knowledgebase on this, my queries keep comming up
empty.

Try saving the document as a web page and then saving that back to Word
