Cost fields from the Resource Sheet view show up in Gant Chart Vie

In the Resource Sheet View, I have several custom columns (Cost1, Cost2,
Cost3, etc) that represent one time costs associated with each resource. I
want these costs to be shown in the Gantt chart view when I assign a resource
to a task, and most importantly these one time costs need to be added to the
Total Cost of the task.

How can I get custom cost fields from the Resource Sheet view show up in the
Gantt chart view?

There is no default method to achieve either of your goals with using custom
resource Cost fields. The only way to accomplish these objectives would be
to use VBA code to somehow automate the process. Keeping that in mind, you
might want to repost your questions in the
microsoft.public.project.developer newsgroup to get some guidance from our
software developer friends. Hope this helps.
