Cost not distributed evenly

I am using my resource usage to check the daily behavior of my:
a. Baseline Cost
b.Cost
c.Cumulative Cost

when I am about to check the daily cost i found out that the cost is smaller
at the start and at the end and others are distributed evenly...

for example: m t w th f
resource A .75 1 1 1 .25
task 1 .75 1 1 1 .25

I have checked the contour and it was set to flat. Why is this happening?

Please help.

Hi MARVS,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

It looks as though the task is scheduled to start a quarter of the way
through the day. In the Gantt Chart view, change the displeay to show times
via Tools/Options View tab.
