Cost roll-ups "Not adding up"

Hi everyone,

I have several manager's with project plans where Cost --
when rolled-up into a hammock task-- is not the sum of the
task costs below it. I'm puzzled to say the least.

Any insight?

Each time I have seen this with our projects the PM has assinged work or materials against the summary tasks.
