Could not access Enterprise Global Pop up Error<[email protected]

I'm having the exact same problem. Project Professional 2007 is installed on one Citrix PS 4.5 server and when the application is started the user gets an error stating that "Could not recieve Enterprise Global template". I've tried to change the path to the application cache but I'm not sure I'm doing it the right way. I've tried both register hacks and GPO settings but none of them seems to apply to the users. Can someone please provide a working "how to" regarding application configuration... please?
