Could not complete the operation because the service provider...

I have Exchange 2003 running on SBS2003. Outlook 2000/XP/2003 and I get the
same error on all versions (or wording variations thereof) on the same
emails. The problem does not appear to be consistant to sender or format of
mail (HTML Rich text etc) I'm at a complete loss as to what the problem is
and how to fic it. I have tried changing the security settings as low as they
can go, all to no avail!
The preview pane say's:

"This item contains active content that cannot be displayed in the preview
pane. Open the item to view it's contents"

On opening the item i get the following:

"Can't open this item. Could not complete the operation because the service
provider does not support it"

Help, I'm stuck!!!

I am getting the same "Can't Open item. Could not comlet this operation
because service provider does not support it." Running Exchange 2003 SP-1 on
Win2000 SP4. I thought is might be a setting in Exchange. Did you find a
solution?
