R Ron Jul 2, 2008 #2 Outlook 2k7 is pretty buggy. For this error go to: 1. Close Outlook. 2. Use the "View" tab in "Folder Options" from Control Panel to show all system and hidden files. 3. Go to "C:\Documents and Settings\<your userid>\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\FORMS." 4. Delete "FRMCACHE.DAT. 5. Open Outlook. Thanks, Ron
