Could not save the file to the web check your URL

I have published my website in Publisher 2007 and made changes and now I am
trying to publish the changes to the web. I get the error "Could not save
the file to the web, check your URL or network connection" I am connected
and have called Omnis, my web host, and everything is ok on that end. My
problem is in publisher, I have read that other people have had this problem,
DavidF link is not working and I tried Tools/Options/Web to uncheck items but
that didn't help, restart didn't help. Has anyone found a resolution?

What are the file extensions you are trying to upload? Not the .pub file I
hope. Should be htm or html and image files and the folder they may be in.

What ftp (file transfer program) are you using?

If you are NOT using front page extensions, the easiest way (recommended by
some web hosts) is to download FileZilla. Publish your web pages to your
hard drive and use filezilla to ftp them to the web host's server.
