Count Boxs

using Execl or Access how would you use either program to count Boxs.
Mean Box 1 of 5 and Box 2 of 5 and soon

Hi,
Are you labeling packages?
Package (box) 1 of 5 packages (boxes). 2 of 5, 3 of 5 etc.

I use the method I found here for that purpose. It works great. Thanks
